BookSpace is a Java - Agent Oriented - application that operates and manages the daily and frequent stock changes from many book suppliers.
It also provides several web services for external entities to check the current availability and best route of orders.

Media Space

Media Space provides the same services as "Book Space" but for media items.

Stock Update Process (SUP) Media

SUP is a JAVA based application that handles stock updates and changes from many media suppliers; it carries on the same activities by Media Space but with a different design perspective not based on Agents.

Listings Management Institutes

Institute in the Agents terminology is similar to stand alone application running to perform or achieve certain targets. The difference is that it can be plugged and unplugged with other institutes (or applications) to cooperate in adding more features or business integration.
These institutes, in cooperation with BookSpace and MediaSpace, generate the best offers for books and media to be published on several market places. They target feeding market places with daily updates of stock changes and best selling offers.

Market Checking System

Agent based system that carries on daily price checking on market place to enable setting business and pricing rules that are able to compete with market price, which in turn targets providing the best offer possible for customers.

ALAN

ALAN is an order-processing system. It starts from collecting the customers' orders from the different sales channels, sending these orders to the suppliers with best prices and ends with scanning the books and shipping them from our warehouse to the customers.

The Deposit

The Deposit is a books web portal that offers many unique facilities for sellers; they can search and order any number of books that can be dispatched to nearly any place, making it easy to track orders delivery, download reports and invoices.
The Deposit also provides a direct fulfillment service by handling the customers' orders through our efficient distribution systems.
By using The Deposit, sellers do not have to by any stock upfront anymore, but rather browse, choose and order their stock using few simple clicks.

Valerie

Valerie is a WMS (Warehouse Management System) designed to direct the flow of materials to, from and through warehouse storage locations.

Espressio

Espressio is a web-based service that allows customers to create print-on-demand books. It also provides a book shop selling the products created by its customers.
It offers a simple, free service for creating new books; black and white, color and photo books.
Customers of all experience and interest levels can make their own books, choose and design the cover and also generate a PDF version.
